Once we receive your device, we will send a notification of receipt via email. After some administrative processing, you will receive another email from your personal technician who is handling the repair who may need some additional information to ensure we are meeting your expectations. On average, our expected diagnosis turnaround time is anywhere from 1-3 business days.
Upon completing our diagnosis, an email will be sent letting you know the cause of your issue. We will include a repair quote for your consideration as well. (Please note that repair times will vary due to the complexity and your type of device.)
If you choose to not move forward with a repair at iResQ, our team will send a final email confirming your item has been shipped back to you with its applicable tracking number.

We provide a camera removal for both front and back cameras from your device and then cover up the empty camera holes or fill with acrylic.
We will provide documentation that states that the process the cameras have been removed, disabled, and filled. We will also ship the removed cameras back to you along with your device.
